You can make time and date changes up to 6 hours before your booked time. You can contact us to make these changes or manage on website and mobile app

Cancellations up to 12 hours before the booked cleaning will be free of charge, if there are less than 12 hours you won't be able to cancel but you can change the time and date within the last 6 hours by contacting us. Booktasker will try to make sure both client and cleaner satisfaction

If you have weekly or fortnightly cleaning booked, payments will be taken a day before your booked date. Cancellation will need to be made a day before your booked date because our system will take your payment at midnight on the day before your booked cleaning date. 

For office/retail cleaning service, there is 1 month notice for all commercial services we provide.
