For cancellations after 20:00 the day before the Booking, or if your cleaner arrives for the clean and is unable to gain entry or start the clean, you will be charged the full price of the Booking.

Customers must be 18 years of age or over to book services.

When a cleaner agrees to provide Services to a Customer, by law, a person must be at least 18 years old to enter into a valid. We require that all cleaner are at least 18 years old. For more information please email us at info@booktasker.com.

After you have received a Service from a cleaner, you may choose to provide a review and feedback of that cleaner/service, then we can able to improve our services. We need to make our customers happy with our service.

We use Stripe to take secured payments and save your card details, not us. If required to pay, we charge automatically according to the Terms and conditions.
